surprisingly lovely stay!
onsite parking personalized care tea kettle excellent location
I found parking very easy onsite. the staff stored my medication without issues. I appreciated that personalized care. the room had both a tea kettle and a coffee machine. This allowed me to enjoy drinks. the location proved excellent. It was close to both the beach and other amenities.
The lights in the upstairs hallway weren't working. This made it difficult to find my room in the dark.

The hotel is near the high street. It provides convenient access to various shops and restaurants. proximity to a nearby park offers green space for a relaxing stroll. the beach is also within easy walking distance. This allows for quick access to the seaside.

the location was quite convenient. it was a short walk to the beach and the gardens.. i also appreciated the parking that was available out front, first come, first served. the staff member i encountered upon arrival was friendly.
my room was small and quite cold. there was also no way to adjust the heating to make it warmer. opening my suitcase proved difficult because of the limited space. the deposit seemed unnecessary considering the building's aged condition.

simple arrival friendly staff convenient coffee machine
I appreciated the parking. It made arrival simple and straightforward. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had. The coffee machine in the room ensured I could get my caffeine fix first thing in the morning... it was convenient!

The staff were AMAZING!!! I received a warm welcome upon arrival. I was also provided with complimentary parking. The staff member was helpful, giving clear directions into town.
The room's furniture was somewhat worn. It was still functional, though.

The hotel enjoys a very central location. I could easily reach many points of interest on foot. The hotel is right beside the gardens and the seafront, great for those wanting to explore. Several pubs nearby provide options for local refreshment if venturing far is not desired.

hallway lights dirty kettle
The location was just a short walk from the beach and main shopping area. Free parking was available.
The upstairs hallway lights didn't work (i had to use my phone's flashlight). The room was VERY stuffy, and the fan they provided didn't work either. The kettle was disgusting. It contained what looked like noodles and other food remnants.
